The Seattle Kraken haven't been around for long, and they haven't had any luck at the NHL Draft Lottery, but they've managed to amass an impressive collection of futures anyway.
Their system is deep, loaded with talent at every position, and still has a couple of players with top-of-the-lineup upside after a pair of high-profile graduations (Shane Wright and Ryker Evans). Even if they don't have an elite, franchise-defining talent in their ranks, they may be able to build one in the aggregate. Nothing wrong with that.
Today, we'll look at the prospects that the Kraken rest their hopes on as they try to go from the middle of the pack to Stanley Cup contenders.
