What comes after matters more: Development. 

It's seldom a linear process. Some players slip behind, others accelerate past their peers after a big season. Sometimes, it's all over the place. The answer can be to stick course and improve at their current level of competition. For others, a change of scenery is all that's needed.

Instead of focusing on older prospects needing one final step, we're switching it up this year to focus on recently drafted players who need a big season to remain top prospects.
