Another year of college hockey is here, and among many other things, that means it is our obligation as true experts to put together a classic power ranking of the top 20 teams in the country.

In all, we selected just 21 different teams for the top 20, so there's a lot of concurrence here, but as usual, plenty of variety in where teams are listed, with one notable difference near the top of the rankings:

Now, let's discuss some of the big topics in the preseason power ranking:

Denver and BC are tied for first in this ranking. Sean had Denver at No. 1 and BC at No. 2. Ryan had the opposite. Why did each of you go with your choice?
