Brain Dumping: CHL-USA Prospect Challenge Thoughts

OSHAWA, Ont. - The very best draft-eligible North American prospects were well represented at this week’s inaugural CHL-USA Prospect Challenge. 

With every NHL organization on hand, the players from both sides had plenty of inspiration to show their very best in hopes of strengthening their draft positions. The on-ice product was dominated heavily by the CHLers, but the American kids remained feisty and turned the second outing into a dogfight with some big stops and timely goal-scoring. 

Overall, it was a successful event for all parties. And I have more than a few thoughts after witnessing the games firsthand.  So, let's brain-dump.
