Now, we have our answer: Celebrini is the best rookie in the NHL right now. He takes over the top spot. 

After that? It's wide open, but Matvei Michkov's heroics give him the inside track. Dustin Wolf continues to build momentum and could easily take a top-three spot this time next month. Elsewhere in our top 10, there are two new debutantes.
